Designed by legendary golf architect Tom Doak, the par 71 golf course measures 7,119 yards (6,510 meters) and will challenge golfers of all skill levels.  Completed in 2004, the Cape Kidnappers Resort Course has been hailed as one of the great modern marvels in golf and is currently ranked the 41st best golf course in the world by Golf Magazine.  Situated in one of the most unique settings on the planet, perched on cliffs over 400 feet above the Pacific Ocean on the rolling terrain of Cape Kidnapper's peninsular, this will be a round of golf that you will remember as it is truly a unique golfing experience.

The Hastings 18-hole championship golf course is located within 10 minutes of the city centre. This club, better known both nationally and internationally as "Bridge Pa", was established 1898.  From its early beginnings as the nightmarish dust bowl it was originally, to the tree-lined golfing dream it is today was not achieved easily and at times progress was painfully slow, but the results will impress every visitor to this well established golf course.

 The Napier Golf Club "Waiohiki" is the oldest Golf Club in Hawke�s Bay, having celebrated its Centenary in 1996.  Over the years it has been the site of many New Zealand and inter-provincial tournaments, in fact hosting the first ever New Zealand Open in 1907. Centrally located on State Highway 50, the Waiohiki links provides an easy walking 18-hole championship course, which is a challenging test of golf for both the beginner and low handicapper.  The course and facilities are among the best in the Bay.
